How to Order!

1. Order Online.
2. To order by FAX send complete order information with signature to: 0043 1 513 69 55.
3. To order by PHONE please be prepared with product and credit card information. Telephone orders in the english language can be placed with Jennifer Graf, Barbara Hecht.
4. Ordering is also possible with an e-mail. Please be as specific as possible. We answer all e-mails within 2 days.

As method of payment, we accept the following 5 major credit cards:

Shipment & Insurance

We ship internationally with UPS. Delivery on all on stock items will occur within two days of order confirmation. Delivery time to the United States and Canada is generally 3 to 5 business days.
All of our deliveries are insured up to an Euro amount of 1,000.00 Euro. Should your purchase exceed this amount please contact us so that we may arrange additional coverage or discuss split delivery options.

Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money if you return the merchandise within 10 days after you have received it. In this case, we will not refund your freight and insurance costs.
In case you find a product faulty or damaged upon receipt, you should contact us immediately! In this case we will either refund your money or send you a replacement. In the case of a refund request, your freight and insurance will also be refunded.

Returning a Product

Please observe the following procedure if you want to return a product.
1. Send and e-mail to Kaerntner@oberwalder.com or fax us at 0043-1-513-69-55 stating why you want to return the merchandise. Please specify the reason for your dissatisfaction or the exact cause of the malfunction (nature of damage) as detailed as possible. State if you want your money back or a replacement.
2. We will then send you an e-mail or fax with your Return Confirmation Number (RCN). We can only process your request with an RCN.
3. In the RCN you will be instructed as to where the product has to be shipped and the procedures that have to be followed.
